George Strait's 2014 "The Cowboy Rides Away" tour was his most prolonged stadium engagement in nine years. Now the country legend is returning to the stage. The country superstar and his “Ace in the Hole Band” will play six stadium performances beginning May 6th in Glendale, Arizona, and finishing August 5th in Tampa, Florida. Chris Stapleton and Little Big Town will perform in support of Strait for all shows. “It just felt right,” Strait tells Billboard via email of the mini-tour. “I had the opportunity to work with Chris and Little Big Town, and everything just kind of fell in place for next year. I don’t do that many shows anymore, so if we can do a stadium where we can play for more people, that works for me.” How many times have you gone to a George Strait concert?
