According to NBC News, five people including an American are recovering after a massive cruise ship slammed into a much smaller tourist boat docked in Venice’s fame Giudecca Canal yesterday.
The video above shows the MSC Opera careening toward a dock blaring its horn as onlookers ran for safety. They're saying it was a mechanical problem.
