Our Vitello Tonnato is as authentic Italian as you can get. Thinly Sliced Veal finished with a Tuna Caper Sauce and a Hardboiled Egg. So simple, but so delicious. . . . đź“· : @mxzwicklbauer

Our parisa made the @mysanantonio list for top 25 San Antonio restaurant dishes of 2017! "Raw beef. Cheddar. Saltines. It shouldn’t work, but chef Jason Dady proves expectations wrong with this modern take on a South Texas butcher shop staple." Thank you for the kind words and wonderful feature!
