Justin Bieber had a great week, he performed in Dominican Republic and was cleared from headbutting a a guy at a pre-grammy party in February. Justin continues to break musical barriers and made his Spanish music debut by jumping on the remix for Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee's "Despacito," which is the hottest Spanish song on the charts right now.
