Country Singer Aaron Watson's New Album Celebrates 11 Era-Defining Women

Aaron Watson celebrates female country artists who influenced his 24-year career. The Texas singer-songwriter released a music video for "Seven Year Ache," a duet with musician Jenna Paulette, on Thursday. The song is a cover of Rosanne Cash's 1981 classic. Watson's new album "Cover Girl" features gender-swapped versions of songs by Emmylou Harris, Dolly Parton, and other inspiring women. Watson is eager for listeners to hear "All Through the Night," a song by Cyndi Lauper and Jules Shear that he performs with Leigh Nash of Sixpence None the Richer. He also performed Taylor Swift’s song, “Never Grow Up,” with his 13-year-old daughter. A release date for the tribute album has not been set. Which female singer has inspired you the most?
