The price of gasoline is once again on the rise, with the national average climbing 10 cents per gallon over the past week. The national average is now $3.60 a gallon, according to GasBuddy.com. Even though that’s 10 cents more than it was last week, it’s still 41 cents cheaper than it was a year ago.
