Craig Morgan is once again coming to the aid of those in crisis. Nashville's NewsChannel 5 says the country star and former Army Ranger jumped into action Sunday morning after witnessing three tractor trailers collide on Interstate 40 in Humphreys County, Tennessee.
The singer and a couple of crew members helped emergency personnel in putting out a fire and tending to the drivers. Humphreys County Sheriff Chris Davis says Morgan was a huge help. He explains that the singer's EMT training kicked in, and he responded and did exactly what he had been taught to do. Davis adds that the incident just demonstrates the kind of guy Morgan is.
This isn't the first time Morgan has taken action in an emergency. Two years ago he rescued two children from a burning house in his hometown of Dickson, Tennessee. Once the kids were safe Craig remained on the scene to help firefighters put out the blaze.
