8AM - 6PM – NCHA Cutting– Expo Hall
Cutting is one of the most exciting horse sports to watch, and the Horse Show hosts a top-notch competition approved by the National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA).
Daily Attractions
8AM- 7PM – Animal Adventures
The Animal Adventures exhibit is designed to help folks gain a better understanding of the relationship between the everyday uses of animal products and the importance of agriculture. This interactive exhibit is open daily with various activities involving audience participation.
8AM- 7PM – Horse Discovery
Horse Discovery provides the opportunity to learn more about horses and the sport of rodeo. Exhibits include displays of horses, their uses and their role in today’s world. The Rodeo Experience feature provides an up-close exploration of rodeo events, including interactive and hands-on exhibits.
11:30AM – Swifty Swine Pig Races
I f you've never been to a pig race, you're in for a real treat! Swifty and his friends don't do it for the money, what they really want is that Oreo cookie, waiting on a silver platter at the finish line!
10AM-8 PM – The Dairy Center
The Dairy Center presents all aspects of milk production, dairy products and their roles in the agricultural industry. The milking parlor will feature real cow milking presentations daily with fun built into the show. Visitors will also be able to purchase homemade ice cream and milkshakes inside
10AM-8 PM - Great American Petting Zoo
Great American Petting Zoo is a very different kind of petting zoo. Once inside our enclosure there are absolutely no barriers. All the animals run free with the public! Each and every one of our friendly animals is hand-raised at our farms in Oregon and Texas.
10AM -8PM – Little Buckaroo Farms
Visitors to Little Buckaroo Farms can sample southwest dairy products, see a live beehive, take a picture with a farm animal or try their hand at goat-milking! Exhibits and displays include a dairy product exhibit, honeybee exhibit, Bexar County Master Gardener's booth, rainwater harvesting display, farm animal exhibit and an indoor garden display.
10AM -8 PM – Cowboys Bootcamp
Cowboy Boot Camp is an educational kids attraction with 10 hands-on activity stations. Guests will have a chance to pan gold, learn to lasso, and even make a rope
10AM -8PM – Pony Rides
Child-friendly Pony Rides offer a chance to ride beautiful pure-bred Welsh ponies under a revolving tent top. Our gorgeous, healthy, strong, purebred Welsh ponies are a sight to see, and kids fall in love with them.
10AM -9PM - Texas Wildlife Expo
The San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo Texas Wildlife Expo includes a multitude of interactive and demonstrative exhibits! Visit the Texas Wildlife Expo to learn more about wildlife native to Texas and to learn about conserving our natural resources. Local vendors will also be set up, showcasing and selling Texas outdoor products.
10AM-8PM Shops at The Rodeo
Shop till you drop at ‘The Shops at the Rodeo’ marketplaces—where over 250 themed retailers showcase their wares in climate-controlled venues. There are three locations around the grounds including inside Freeman Coliseum, Expo Hall, and Expo Hall 2.
Carnival
The Carnival opens Monday-Thursday at 4:00 PM & Friday-Sunday at 11:00 AM
The San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo is proud to welcome one of the largest carnival providers in the United States. Wade Shows provides a variety of rides from extreme to mild in order to satisfy rodeo patrons of all ages. Fairgrounds admission DOES include entry to the carnival.

VAN DE WALLE FAJITA CORRAL
The Corral is operated by volunteer from the Fajita Corral Committee, as well as many corporate volunteers, with proceeds benefiting the S.A.L.E. Scholarship Fund. To date the Corral has raised nearly $3 million to support the education of Texas youth. If you have a taste for great Texas barbeque, this is the place to eat! Mouth-watering brisket, beef or chicken fajitas, great dumplings and baked potatoes, will fill up even the hungriest of Stock Show & Rodeo guests.

THE CHAMPION WINE GARDEN
Experience the Rodeo in a new way this year at the Wine Garden! Come sample and purchase winning wines from the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo Wine Competition.
Every Saturday there will be educational seminars with featured food and wine pairings at 1:30 and 3;30 PM and Sundays you can grab Mimosa Brunch from 11Am-1PM
