Several people are injured after a van plowed into a crowd of pedestrians in a tourist area in Barcelona, Spain today. Barcelona police described the incident as a "massive crash." They said it happened at a pedestrian mall in the city's central tourist district of Las Ramblas. There are reports that armed men stormed a nearby restaurant and have taken hostages.
