More Afghan refugees may be on their way to San Antonio, but nobody knows how many or when. Tino Gallegos, the city's immigration liaison, says more than 200 came to town between the end of July and the end of August. Catholic Charities and the local Archdiocese have announced they plan to help nearly 350 Afghans resettle in San Antonio. State Department figures show Texas is expected to accept about 45-hundred Afghan refugees.
