Spurs Roll Past Knicks

The Spurs outscored the Knicks by 22 in the second half on their way to winning 119-93 in San Antonio. Trey Lyles led with 18 points and Dejounte Murray added 17 points, six rebounds and six assists. The Spurs have won two of their past three games to hold their place in first in the Southwest. Immanuel Quickley dropped 26 points off the pine in the setback. RJ Barrett chipped in 15 points for New York, which had its three-game streak snapped.
