JJ Watt, Mark Cuban and More Providing Support in Texas.

Dallas Mavericks owner, Mark Cuban stepped up and moved into action immediately upon the NBA Season being suspended by addressing support for arena workers and vendors. Cuban announced his plan on March 13 to pay hourly workers at the American Airlines Center for the 6 home games that were scheduled to take play during the 30 Day hiatus.

The following day, he communicates to his employees they would be reimbursed for their lunches/coffee/tea when they purchased from a local independent business.

As he has done several times before JJ Watt and his wife, Kealia Ohai, also jumped in to offer financial support to the tune of $350,000 to the Houston Food Bank.

San Antonio author and guerrilla philanthropist, Shea Serrano called on his FOH Twitter Tribe to donate money for small businesses and service industry folks needing help. After collecting around $10,000 Serrano started paying it out $250 a pop to those in need
